CG Week 2020

The Computational Geometry Week (CG Week) is the premier international forum for advances in computational geometry and its many applications.
CG Week combines a number of events, most notably the 36th International Symposium on Computational Geometry (SoCG 2020), the associated Media Exposition (CG:ME), workshops, the Young Researchers Forum (CG:YRF), and the CG Challenge (CG:SHOP).
The 2020 edition would have taken place in Zürich, Switzerland, June 22-26, 2020 if not for restrictions due to the COVID-19 pandemic. So instead the event will be held online, in the same week.

Online Format

We wanted to keep the talks to be live talks with the possibility of direct interaction between speakers and audience. Complementary to the live sessions, we recorded all talks and (if speaker(s) agreed to) made them available to the participants for asynchronous viewing during the week of CG Week 2020 and the week after. As platforms we used Zoom for the talks and Discord for text and voice chat, to enable both live and asynchronous discussions.
